Short version: I collect what I need to paint your gift and get it to you, I don't sell or share it beyond that, and I delete it once the job's done.
What I collect
- Your email, and — if something's shipping — your name and shipping address. Collected securely through Stripe at checkout. I never see or store your card number; Stripe handles payment entirely.
- The address of the home being painted, and 1–5 photos of it. Collected after checkout, so I can actually paint it. This might be your own home, or a client's home if you're a realtor buying this as a closing gift — either way, it's used for one thing: making your painting.
- Basic site traffic. Which pages you visit and roughly how long you're on the site, so I know if anyone's actually using it. No name, no email, nothing tied to who you are — just a random ID your browser holds locally to avoid double-counting the same visit.
What I don't do
I don't sell your information to anyone, ever. I don't share it with third parties beyond who's needed to deliver your order — Stripe for payment, and the carrier if your order ships.
How long I keep it
Home photos and the home address are deleted 60 days after your order ships. I keep a short internal record of the order itself (order number, package, date) for support and my own records after that, but the photos and address are gone.
Delete it sooner
Want your photos and address deleted before the 60 days is up? Email me and I'll take care of it right away.
